Kuih sits at the heart of Koeé. A traditional Malaysian selection of refined bite sized sweets and savouries, kuih is made from ingredients such as rice flour, coconut milk and palm sugar, defined by subtle texture, fragrance and quiet complexity. Each piece is prepared by hand in small batches with a focus on balance and purity of flavour, working with pandan and gula Melaka in their most natural form.
Alongside our kuih, we offer bespoke Malaysian catering for private celebrations, brand events, corporate gatherings, and intimate supper clubs. Our menus are composed with intention, balancing tradition and refinement to deliver warmth, elegance, and a truly memorable culinary experience.
